1/2 Cup Raw Oats
1/2 Cup Quinoa Flakes
1/2 Cup Pepitas
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Cup Buckwheat Sprouts
Place oats, flakes and seeds into a food processor and blend to a powder. Place into a bowl and cover with milk, leave to soak for 30minutes. Before serving add sprouts, sliced apple, oil, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Add extra milk if required.
* Try with warm milk during those colder mornings. Add extra toppings like fresh berries, dried fruit or banana
