Steamed Greens & Avocado

Steamed Greens

1 bunch of broccolini or broccoli
½ zucchini
½ avocado
½ capsicum
Pinch of Himalayan or Celtic sea salt
1 tablespoon of Udos oil, or a good plant based oil such as flax.
Braggs liquid aminos to taste

Chop your vegetables lightly and steam so they are still a little crunchy rather than floppy. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with Braggs Liquid Aminos (a health substitute for soy sauce), sliced avocado and Himalayan or Celtic salt.
