Home Made Hommus & Vege Sticks

Home Made Hummus
2 cans of organic chick peas, one drained, one undrained
¼ cup raw sesame seeds or 4 tablespoons of tahini
1 tablespoon of olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
½ - 1 clove garlic (depending on personal taste)
1 teaspoon cumin

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

1-2 carrots
1-2 celery sticks
1 red or green capsicum
½ cucumber

Slice all vegetables into long sticks and dip into your home made hummus – delicious.
