Salads don't have to be boring!! Juice them up with an array of these yummy ingredients, your tastebuds will be surprised!!


  • Bowl of mixed lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Almonds
  • Capsicum
  • Cucumber
  • Sprouts & Mung beans
  • Carrot
  • Raw Beetroot
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • Hummus
  • Steamed veges – brocollini, broccoli, zucchini, asparagus
  • Brown rice
  • Cooked lentils

Roast Veges are a great addition to a salad. Try roasting (in cubes) sweet potato, pumpkin or fresh beetroot –they add great flavour.

Dressings – Braggs Liquid Amino’s, Apple Cidar Vinegar, Udos or Coconut Oil, Celtic or Himalayan sea salt.

Some grilled fish on top of a salad is a perfect meal everyone will love!
